We have recently become aware that an unknown company or group is making unsolicited telephone calls to consumers and falsely identifying themselves as our company or providing our company’s name and address.

These calls are NOT being made by us, and we have NOT authorized any other company to make these calls or use our identity.

We take this matter very seriously and are actively working to identify the person or company responsible. We are asking for your help.

If You Received One of These Calls

If you received an unsolicited call from someone who claimed to represent our company, HELP US FIND OUT WHO IS MAKING THE CALLS BY PROVIDING AS MUCH INFORMATION AS POSSIBLE, INCLUDING:  

• The phone number that appeared on your Caller ID
• The date and approximate time of the call
• The name of the person or company the caller claimed to represent
• Any callback number or other contact information they provided
• What the caller was offering, selling, or discussing
• The agent’s insurance license number.  NPN number
• The insurance company that they represent
• Any website, email address, company name, or other identifying information mentioned during the call
• A screenshot of the call information from your phone, if available
• Any voicemail, text message, or other communication you received in connection with the call

Please do not provide the caller with personal, financial, banking, Social Security, or other sensitive information.

We appreciate your assistance. Information provided by consumers may help us identify the company or individuals responsible and take appropriate action to stop the unauthorized use of our company’s name.

The fact that a caller knows our company name or address does not mean that the caller is affiliated with or authorized by our company. Company names and addresses are generally available through public sources and can be misused by third parties.

If you are uncertain whether a call actually came from us, do not rely on the telephone number provided by the caller.
